How do I find CoLAB?

What are your hours?
CoLAB’s suite is secured and only accessible by keycard or code. Our main offices are open from 8 AM – 5PM Monday through Friday. For Members, the building is accessible by keycard 24/7.
How does the billing process work?
Membership’s are billed on the first of each month. If you sign up after the first of the month, your first month will be prorated. When cancelling your membership, 5 business days’ notice must be given to avoid a charge for the following month. Billing is done through our Member App.
Do you offer parking?
At this time, CoLAB does not have parking. There are metered spots around CoLAB on Washington St., Front St., and Main St. There is also parking at the Commons down the street from us. Additionally, the Marquette Downtown Development Authority sells parking permits in the downtown area starting at $30/month and can be applied for by clicking HERE
How do I connect to the internet?
The WiFi password will be given to you after becoming a Member or booking with us. The information is also available on our Member App under the Information Guides.
Conference Room
How do I extend my Conference Room Meeting time?
Click the link on our Membership page to book the Conference room and add your additional time as a new booking. Unfortunately, our platform does not allow you to add time to your original booking.
Is food allowed to be brought in for Conference Room Meetings?
Yes! We encourage you to bring food for your meeting. Our fully stocked kitchenette is available for you to use with dining ware and cutlery, glasses, soft drinks, and snacks as well.
How far in advance do I have to cancel a Conference Room booking?
Bookings cancelled 4 hours prior to start time will be refunded. Please note that Credit card processing fees will be subtracted from the refund.
